There is just no way close to it. Sony truly screwed up. And not only in the way they systematically have in the past times. The PSN down that began last week and was ultimately stated yesterday is worse than anyone anticipated, and of course, somebody has already sued.
The lawsuit says that Sony was both neglectful in its security obligations and its responsibility to inform its users of the issue. The sue has it rights.
